SOLO RUNNER INFORMATION
Fee: $75 through Oct 26, 2021 $85 Oct 27 – Sept 26 2021
Race Fee includes a shirt and a medal!
PACKET PICKUP: Packet Pickup will be Saturday September 25th, from noon to 4PM at Garry Gribble’s Running Sports Ward Parkway .
PARKING AT THE START: If you need to park your car in Bonner Springs for the day, park in the lot.
BIB NUMBERS: The Solo runners will be given 1 bib number to wear at all times.
TIMING CHIPS: The timing chip will be on the back of the bib number and should be worn throughout the race. There is no need to return the chip. Your results will be LIVE as soon as you cross the finish line at Results
SOLO SUPPORT CREW: Solo runner’s may have a support vehicle. Support vehicles may not drive in front of or behind runners along the course, providing drafting for their runner. Solos or teams who are “pacing” their runners will be disqualified.
CUT-OFF TIMES: Based upon a 13:38 minutes/mile pace, to finish very near 4 pm with a 6am start. We will be at the finish line until 5pm.
If you drop out of the race, please give your bib number and chip to the closest volunteer/exchange point. This is important so we know you are safe and not missing.
PACERS: Pacers are welcome, should register as a solo runner and will be assigned a bib number. Pacers may run the entire course or parts of it, but should not cross the finish line if they have not completed the entire course. Pacers are required to pay the full registration fee including the $10 gift to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and cannot be added once the cap is reached. Cars may not try to follow or lead a runner. Solos or teams with cars “pacing” them will be disqualified.
EMERGENCY AID: All exchange points will be staffed with a medical professional. Carry a cell phone for emergencies.
EXCHANGE POINT SUPPLIES: Exchange points will have water and Gatorade for all runners. The following food items will be available for solo runners only: pickles, salt tabs, bananas, peanut butter & jelly, candy, cookies and more. Portable toilets will be available at the start, finish, and at all the aid stations.
AWARDS: 1st Male & 1st Female Solo • All runners will receive a finisher medal at the finish line plus the traditional hand made clay medallion just for solos. Award winners receive ceramic mugs, pint glasses and gift cards. Awards will be distributed at the after party at the Lawrence Brewing Co.
SAFETY: IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT TO PAY ATTENTION AT ALL TIMES. YOU WILL BE RUNNING ALONGSIDE MOVING TRAFFIC, CROSSING RAILROAD TRACKS AND IN AREAS WITH LOW DRIVER VISIBILITY.
EARBUDS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. IF YOU CHOOSE TO WEAR THEM, YOU ARE DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WE ASK THAT YOU ONLY USE ONE BUD.
DROP BAGS You should have no trouble running the race without drop bags. There are snacks and sports drink at each aid station. If you wish to have a drop bag at the finish, leave the bag at packet pickup at the race start and it will be kept safe for you. Look for your bag at the finish line festival at the medal table.
ARE THERE SHOWER FACILITIES: Bring a towel. Showers are available at no charge inside HyVee Arena.
OUT OF TOWN RUNNERS: Brew to Brew is partnering with the Crossroads Hotel, at 2101 Central St. KCMO 64108. Runners will receive a special code for discounted rates when they register.

NEW in for the fall of 2020, Brew to Brew will start and finish at the Hyvee Arena in Kansas City. When you get to the finish line, enjoy great beer and music by a DJ, refuel with plentiful food options and re-live the awesome run you just had! Food will begin to be served to satisfy all your hunger pangs starting at 12 pm.
